From music to psychology, fashion to corporate absurdities, his material brings sharp commentary that blends humor with insight. Elton’s unique perspective spans cultures — drawing upon his childhood in Zimbabwe,15 formative years in the American Midwest, and creative roots in Los Angeles and New York — and his incisive commentary on society elicits laughs from a global audience. 

In 2024, Elton launched The NextElton & Friends Comedy Show — a curated show he created to "build his own table" and platform voices that match his elevated, inclusive comedic vision. As producer and host, Elton leads every aspect: casting, content, and hosting. The show prioritizes tight writing and progressive humor over punching down, and features a mix of emerging and established talent from Netflix, HBO, Comedy Central, NBC, CBS, and Don’t Tell Comedy.

The series has been hosted at Soho Warehouse (LA), drawing over 500 attendees and driving over $10,000 in bar revenue in a quarter — proof of its cultural and commercial appeal.
